CANCELLATION POLICY

At LBN Salon & Spa, every appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate as much notice as possible. 48 hours or more: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unexpected circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business.
